We take great care in preparing and packing every order to ensure your products arrive in excellent condition.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During promotional periods, public holidays or periods of high demand, dispatch times may be slightly longer. If this occurs, we’ll keep you informed.

Shipping Within Australia

We currently ship Australia-wide using trusted courier partners, including Sendle.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

Estimated delivery times are:

· Metro areas: 2–5 business days

· Regional areas: 3–7 business days

· Remote locations: Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Please note these delivery timeframes are estimates only and may occasionally be affected by weather events, peak delivery periods, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

From time to time, Mindful Brew may offer:

· Free delivery above a minimum order value

Shipping Our Products

Mindful Brew offers two naturally fermented product ranges, each with specific storage recommendations.

Naturally Fermented Botanical Brews (330mL)

Our 330mL botanical brews are shelf stable for up to six months under ambient conditions, making them suitable for standard courier delivery throughout Australia.

For the freshest flavour and best drinking experience, we recommend chilling before serving.

Once opened, refrigerate and consume within the recommended timeframe.

Multi-Strain Probiotic Cultures Shots (60mL)

Our dairy-free multi-strain fermented probiotic cultures shots are best stored refrigerated to maintain optimal flavour, freshness and long-term product quality.

Internal stability studies have demonstrated maintenance of probiotic culture counts for up to one week under ambient conditions, providing added flexibility during transport, commuting and short periods away from refrigeration.

Upon delivery, we recommend refrigerating your probiotic cultures shots as soon as practical.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking information.

If you haven’t received your tracking details within three business days of placing your order, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.

Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

If your parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempt, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

If you authorise the courier to leave your parcel unattended, responsibility for the parcel transfers once delivery has been completed according to the courier’s records.

Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items

We carefully inspect every order before dispatch.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

· Your order number

· A description of the issue

· Clear photographs of the product and packaging (where applicable)

We’ll assess the issue promptly and arrange a replacement, refund or other appropriate resolution where applicable.

Delivery Delays

While we work with reliable courier partners, occasional delays can occur due to circumstances outside our control, including:

· Extreme weather conditions

· Peak delivery periods

· Public holidays

· Transport disruptions

· Courier network delays

We’ll gladly assist with tracking your shipment and liaise with the courier where appropriate.

International Shipping

At this time, Mindful Brew products are available within Australia only.
