Refunds & Returns Policy

Refunds

As our drinks are consumable products, we do not accept returns for change of mind or taste preference.

However, if a product is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please email us at info@mindfulbrew.com.au
 within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

Order number

Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

Description of the issue

If verified, we will replace the product at no cost or provide another suitable remedy under Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If goods arrive damaged, leaking, or unfit for consumption, we’ll replace them immediately. We may request samples and photos for quality control.

Change of Mind

Refunds are not available for change of mind or personal taste preferences.
