Mindful Brew creates premium naturally fermented beverages inspired by thoughtfully selected fruits, ancient grains, botanical ingredients and carefully selected fermentation cultures.

Refreshing botanical beverages naturally fermented using multiple dairy-free fermentation cultures.
Dairy-Free Multi-Strain Fermented Probiotic Cultures Shots (60mL)
Convenient probiotic cultures shots naturally fermented using carefully selected probiotic cultures.
Our products are:

· Non-alcoholic (less than 0.5% ABV)

Product photographs, ingredient descriptions and colours are provided as accurately as possible. As our products are naturally crafted, minor variations between batches may occur.

7. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination and courier performance.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information via email.
While we work with trusted courier partners, Mindful Brew cannot guarantee delivery timeframes once parcels have been handed to the courier.
8. Product Storage
Our products have different storage recommendations.
Naturally Fermented Botanical Brews
Our botanical brews are shelf stable for up to six months under ambient conditions, making them suitable for standard delivery throughout Australia.
For the freshest flavour and best drinking experience, we recommend serving them chilled.
Once opened, refrigerate and consume within the recommended timeframe.
Probiotic Cultures Shots
Our probiotic cultures shots are best stored refrigerated to maintain optimal flavour, freshness and long-term product quality.
Internal stability studies have demonstrated maintenance of probiotic culture counts for up to one week under ambient conditions, providing flexibility during transport and short periods away from refrigeration.
Refrigeration remains the recommended storage method.
9. Returns & Australian Consumer Law
Because our products are food and beverage items, we cannot accept returns due to:
· Change of mind
· Personal taste preference
· Incorrect purchasing decisions
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

· Clear photographs of the product and packaging
Where appropriate, we’ll arrange a replacement, refund or another suitable remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Wholesale accounts and distributor partnerships are subject to approval.
Separate wholesale pricing, minimum order quantities, payment terms and delivery arrangements may apply.
Mindful Brew reserves the right to approve, decline or discontinue wholesale supply at its discretion.
