By accessing or purchasing from our site (mindfulbrew.com.au), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and wholesale partners.

2. Products & Compliance

Our beverages are naturally fermented botanical drinks, made from fruits, roots, mushrooms, and spices.

All products are non-alcoholic (< 0.5% ABV) in compliance with FSANZ standards.

All products are plant-based, vegan-friendly, and dairy-free.

They may be produced in facilities that also handle nuts or gluten.

Product images and descriptions on this website are for general reference only; minor variations may occur.

3. Ordering & Payment

Orders are accepted through our website and processed upon full payment via secure checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (for example, suspected fraud or supply issues).

4. Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch time: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery provider: Sendle Australia.

Coverage: Australia-wide only (no international shipping at this stage).

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier performance.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Mindful Brew Pty Ltd is not liable for delays, damages, or loss once the package has been handed to the courier, but we will assist in investigating any delivery issues.

5. Returns & Replacements

As our beverages are consumable products, we do not accept returns for change of mind or taste preference.

However, if your order arrives damaged, leaking, or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@mindfulbrew.com.au
 with your order number and photos of the issue. If verified, we will replace the affected items free of charge or provide a suitable remedy under Australian Consumer Law.

6. Wholesale Sales

Wholesale and distributor orders are accepted upon approval.

Separate wholesale terms (pricing, MOQ, delivery arrangements) apply.

We reserve the right to refuse orders from unverified businesses.

7. Health & Product Disclaimer

Our beverages are intended as everyday food and refreshment, not therapeutic or medical products.

We make no claims of health cure, disease prevention, or treatment.

Any references to “fermentation,” “probiotic cultures,” or “wellbeing” relate only to traditional food processes.

Please consult a qualified professional for any medical or dietary advice.

8. Allergen Statement

Our drinks are produced using plant-based ingredients and may be made in facilities that also handle nuts, soy, or gluten.

Consumers with severe allergies should check labels carefully or contact us before purchase.

9. Privacy & Data Collection

We collect limited personal information to process orders and improve our services.

This may include name, contact details, delivery address, and analytics data (via cookies / Google Analytics / Meta Pixel).
